What a reading covers
Your Day Master and its real condition — strong or weak, judged against the season you were born into, not counted off a scoreboard. The structures that matter in your chart: wealth, officer, resource and output stars, and which of them your luck pillars are switching on. And timing: what this year and the next favour for career moves, negotiations, and the conversations worth having early.
The best sessions arrive with a live decision attached. An offer on the table, a business at a crossroads, a purchase you keep circling, a relationship question you want examined without drama — the chart is read against that, not floated in the abstract. Charts are maps, not verdicts: the reading tells you the terrain and the timing, and the decision stays yours.
How it works
You send your birth details (date, time if known, place). We plot the chart before the session — you can check it yourself first with the free calculator — and spend the hour on what it means, in plain English, hanzi optional. You leave with a one-page written summary.
The summary is deliberate. It records the read on your chart, the timing notes for the twelve months ahead, and the reasoning behind both, so nothing depends on what you managed to remember. Six months on, you can hold it against what actually happened — that is the kind of accountability this field mostly avoids, and the kind we want.
How to prepare
Very little, honestly. Birth date; time of birth if you know it (a birth certificate is the usual source, and an approximate hour still helps); and the question you are weighing, put as plainly as you can manage. If your birth time is genuinely unknown, say so — the year, month and day pillars still carry the Day Master, the season, and most of the structure, and the reading is framed around what the chart can support rather than padded with guesses.
What we do not do
No fear-selling, no upsold rituals, no lucky trinkets. If the chart says wait, we say wait. That is the whole brand: the butcher’s discipline of 庖丁解牛 (páo dīng jiě niú) — follow the grain, cut clean. No. Same session, different word. Some people search for a Ba Zi consultation in Singapore; the hour, the chart work and the written summary are identical.
Can the session be done remotely?
Yes. An online Ba Zi reading runs over video with the same chart and the same rigor — useful if you are travelling, overseas, or simply prefer it. The booking form lets you choose online, physical, or no preference.
What if I have had a reading elsewhere?
Bring what you were told, if you like. Where schools genuinely differ we say so, and where a previous read was simply loose — a chart plotted off the wrong calendar boundary, a remedy that came with a price tag — the chart itself usually settles it.
