Is a child born in January 2022 a Water Tiger?
Almost certainly not. Until Li Chun in early February 2022 the year pillar was still 辛丑, the Metal Ox of 2021. The Tiger year began with the solar term, so only births from early February 2022 onward carry 壬寅.
Do the 1962 and 2022 Tigers read the same?
